Programme Overview

To provide Sales Operations support and hands-on support to the sales team to maximize sales, market share, dealer and customer satisfaction and long- term profitability for the product in compliance with the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.

This programme is designed for individuals aspiring to grow into successful Commercial Vehicle Sales Executives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to the commercial vehicles team.
  • Assist in generating leads and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and dealership walk-ins with sales executives.
  • Support with market research, competitor analysis, and sales reporting.
  • Help manage vehicle inventory, deliveries, and client documentation.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing queries and escalating issues.
  • Ensure compliance with S.H.E. tasks, ethical sales conduct, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
  • Post-matric qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Automotive Studies (advantageous).
  • Valid driver’s license is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of proven experience in a sales role (automotive or related industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards sales targets and build customer relationships.
  • Comfortable presenting products and interacting with customers face-to-face.
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector or commercial vehicles is a strong advantage.
