We offer a premium, fixed-fee, advisory-led model with deep sector expertise and a remote-first, high-performance team.

We’ve grown rapidly year-on-year with zero outbound sales. Now we’re hiring our first Sales Development Executive (SDE) to help us build a high-performing growth engine. You’ll work directly with the founder to design and run targeted outbound campaigns, engage smart founders, and shape how we scale.

The Role

As our first SDE, you’ll lead the charge in generating qualified leads and booking high-quality discovery calls with founders and operators in our niche verticals. You’ll use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our library of content assets (eBooks, videos, case studies) to run calm, smart, insight-led outreach.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify high-fit companies and decision-makers in target markets
  • Build clean, ICP-aligned prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and enrichment tools
  • Write and send personalised outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Use Around’s content and founder brand to power outreach with credibility
  • Qualify inbound leads and coordinate discovery calls for the founder
  • Maintain and report on pipeline activity in HubSpot with full data hygiene
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve based on campaign results

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 2–4 years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or lead generation roles
  • Are a strong written communicator — calm, clear, and human
  • Work clean in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and love being organised
  • Understand messaging strategy and buyer psychology
  • Take pride in doing thoughtful work, not spray-and-pray outreach

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or accounting-related sectors
  • Familiarity with Notion, Loom, Apollo or AI-assisted tools
  • Having built or improved an outbound motion in a founder-led environment
