We are a dynamic UK-based cleaning company, committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients. We are looking for a vibrant, customer-centric Sales Executive who can engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert warm leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with warm leads purchased by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, understanding their cleaning requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to maximise earning potential.
What We Offer

Competitive base salary of R8000 per month with attractive commission structures.

40 days paid holiday per year

Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 SAST, Monday – Friday

Supportive and dynamic team environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years telesales or sales experience
  • Previous sales experience working in a B2C, Residential, End of Tenancy, or Deep Cleaning company is essential or a similar company selling similar services (e.g., care givers, janitorial services, commercial cleaning services)
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage rejection and stress effectively
  • Proven success in meeting sales quotas, particularly over the phone
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and manage complaints
