Job summary

TFG Limited is seeking a Sales Associate for @home Livingspace in Sandton to deliver a warm, welcoming customer experience and represent the brand with pride. You’ll help customers find the perfect items to transform spaces and drive store sales in a dynamic retail setting.

The role requires a Matric certificate and prior retail sales experience; hospitality exposure is a bonus. You’ll work with a team to maintain stock, present products attractively, and build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements:

• A Matric certificate.
• Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in the Hospitality Industry is an advantage.
• Deliver top-tier service, navigate through customer challenges, whilst driving sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
