The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the achievement of sales targets (both quantitative and qualitative, individual and team). The main purpose of the SA is to help customers select jewelry that best expresses their personality.

SELLING

• Master all features of the products, including technical and stylistic details, and attend LINKs training to stay updated on new launches.
• Understand and prioritize customer needs to offer the best in-store experience.
• Participate proactively and efficiently in sales activities, utilizing all available tools and channels (online and offline).
• Contribute actively to achieving sales objectives, both individually and as a team.
• Maintain high and consistent customer service standards.
• Seek feedback from customers regularly, including through quality surveys.
• Handle customer service issues professionally, including complaints, returns, and individual orders.
• Find relevant information quickly to support daily work, such as priorities, goals, and updates.

VISUAL AND STORE ORGANISATION

• Participate in store organization, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the store, back office, and inventory.
• Check and organize products received for display.
• Assist in stock control and internal inventory.
• Organize shipments to customers.
• Participate in visual merchandising activities.
• Keep confidential information secure, especially sensitive data concerning the company, team, and customers.
• Support the company's sustainability measures to reduce environmental impact and minimize waste.

OTHER

• With support from the Store Manager, take responsibility for ongoing training and professional development.
