Job description

We are urgently looking for passionate, energetic, and confident sales assistants to drive positive energy and excitement around our brand and products. The Sales Assistant vacancies are based in both the Southern and Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. We are seeking individuals who will offer excellent customer service and be proud to be part of our brand and company. We want people who aspire to build a future and grow with the company!

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through world-class sales service
2. Drive and meet sales targets
3. Maintain outstanding store conditions and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
4. Ascertain customers' needs and recommend suitable products
5. Proactively greet and assist customers
6. Assist with and resolve customer queries
7. Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure accurate processing of payments
8. Keep stock neat and products well merchandised
9. Stay updated on product information, answer questions, and address concerns
10. Describe product features and benefits accurately
11. Inform customers about current promotions
12. Create an inspiring and positive work environment

Salary : R7,000 to R8,000 per month + sales incentives (individual and store targets) + 100% contribution towards medical insurance (upon successful probation)
