Job summary

Premier FMCG seeks a delivery assistant to support the Salesman driver during product deliveries. The role requires strong people management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including working weekends and holidays. Candidates should have at least a Matric certificate and a valid driver's license with PDP.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of Matric / Grade 12.
• 1-2 years experience in FMCG preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License code 10/CI with PDP.

• Assist the Salesman driver with daily deliveries.
• Collect cash from customers and cash in daily.

Main Objectives

Assist the Salesman driver in daily delivery of Premier products and where applicable assist the Salesman driver in cash and tray collection.

Are you a target driven individual with a high attention to detail and accuracy? Do you enjoy working in a highly pressurised environment which operates 24/7/365?

Key Responsibilities

• Check company products as per loading sheet and sign
• Adhering to standard departure times
• Take responsibility for vehicle safety and hygiene
• Collect cash from the customers and cash in daily (where applicable)
• Offloading of product at customers
• Report all accidents immediately to the transport department and Service Manager
