Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds
• Deliver excellent customer service following Crocs procedures
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate product benefits
• Close sales and promote add-on sales
• Invite customers to return and become Crocs fans
• Monitor daily sales against individual targets regularly

Inventory

• Replenish stock daily
• Minimize shrinkage by store zoning and following policies
• Ensure accurate POS entries
• Process deliveries and customer orders efficiently

Daily Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness
• Assist with store opening and closing

Training

• Take responsibility for your training
• Learn from assigned buddy
• Attend quarterly training and assessments
• Receive monthly feedback from management
• Meet monthly with store manager to discuss progress
• Complete Crocs rookie pack for promotion eligibility

Merchandising

• Maintain stock presentation standards
• Replenish sizes regularly
• Assist with window and mannequin updates
• Store POS materials properly
