A leading company in the delivery of products is seeking a Driver/Assistant to help with daily operations, including deliveries and cash collections. This full-time role requires adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, with shifts including weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate will assist the driver in various aspects of the job to ensure efficient deliveries at all times.

Job description

Assist the Driver / Salesman in daily delivery of Premier products and where applicable assist the Driver / Salesman in cash and tray collection.

Check company products as per loading sheet and sign

Adhering to standard departure times

Take responsibility for vehicle safety and hygiene

Collect cash from the customers and cash in daily (where applicable)

Offloading of product at customers

Report all accidents immediately to the transport department and Service Manager

Assist driver with Truck reversing as per company SOP

6day position

Required to work Saturdays Sundays and Public Holidays as per shift roster

May be required to work on a rotating 12hour shift which includes night shift
