About this Position
Leading and executing sales account plans (technical and commercial) in defined territory.
What you´ll do
- Support SBU/ sub-segments by executing on-site customer-facing technical activities (and training) for existing and new business within defined territory, as well as supporting customer/ market application and engineering projects.
- Key Tasks:
- Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/ acquire new customers.
- Execute customer roadmap and manage/ close respective CRM tools (ACE) growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Deliver KP OSG and PC % in territory at defined target accounts.
- Provide product recommendations, customized product applications, new product applications, and troubleshooting for customers.
- Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in CRM (ACE) tools.
- Responsible for product applications, technical training, and coaching of field sales force and customers.
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues.
