Job description

About this Position

Leading and executing sales account plans (technical and commercial) in defined territory.
What you'll do
  • Support SBU/sub-segments by executing on-site customer-facing technical activities (and training) for existing and new business within the defined territory, as well as supporting customer/market application and engineering projects.
  • Key Tasks:
  • Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.
  • Execute customer roadmap and manage/close respective CRM tools (ACE) growth opportunities; execute pricing actions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Deliver KP OSG and PC % in territory at defined target accounts.
  • Provide product recommendations, customized product applications, new product applications, and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in CRM (ACE) tools.
  • Responsible for product applications, technical training, and coaching of field sales force and customers.
  • Leverage customer feedback to optimize customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues.
