Fnbnamibia is seeking a Sales and Service Manager in Cape Town to effectively manage the sales and service delivery model within a client portfolio. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets while driving client conversions to the main bank.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in banking/financial sales and service, FSCA-relevant education, and RE5 certification. The role requires strong leadership and governance to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Sales/Service area of a banking/financial environment with financial advisory, sales and leadership experience.
• RE5 completed.
• An appropriate FSCA recognized commerce degree at NQF level 6 / NQF level 7.
