The Role

The Sales and Service Consultant will advise customers on insurance products, facilitate sales, and provide after-sales support. The focus is on building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring claims and service needs are met efficiently.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 00h00AM – 07h30AM OR 04h00AM – 11h00AM (rotational shifts).
  • Hours may be affected by daylight savings and business needs.
