Company Overview

Mobile Automated Racking and Shelving Specialists is seeking a Sales / Marketing / Operations Manager to collaborate with senior management in developing performance goals and long-term operational plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions.
  • Build initiatives for establishing a brand and corporate identity.
  • Oversee sales and marketing projects, ensuring departmental efficiency.
  • Research market trends, understand customer requirements, and analyze industry developments.
  • Offer expert advice for advertising campaigns and PR activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update management on sales progress.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Attend industry seminars, conferences, and workshops to stay updated.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies and industry changes.
  • Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.
  • Operations:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor daily operational systems and processes.
    • Collaborate with department heads, external partners, and vendors for strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics for operational efficiency.
    • Work with Human Resources to lead the team and foster a positive work environment.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
    • Approximately 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the industry.
    • Strong financial and business acumen.
    • Excellent organizational, team management, and leadership skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Deep knowledge of operational functions including finance, sales, marketing, customer service, production, and employee management.
    • Negotiation skills for internal and external purposes.
    • Experience in budget and business plan development.
    • Ability to optimize operational processes for maximum efficiency.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
    • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally.
