Education and Product Knowledge
- Educate and highlight the benefits and functionalities of Spot Mobile services.
- Stay informed about product updates and improvements, effectively communicating these to customers to enhance their understanding.
Administrative Functions
- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
- Management of the spot card stock. Including weekly stock counts.
