Key Roles And Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

  • Help new customers sign up, guide them through the account setup process, and introduce them to Spot Money's features.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for customers, addressing any concerns and providing support as they familiarize themselves with the platform.

Education and Product Knowledge

  • Educate and highlight the benefits and functionalities of Spot Mobile services.
  • Stay informed about product updates and improvements, effectively communicating these to customers to enhance their understanding.

Administrative Functions

  • Assist in administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
  • Management of the spot card stock. Including weekly stock counts.
