About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Onboarding Executive to join our team temporarily at Moove. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new drivers, maintaining compliance with necessary documentation, and driving sales through proactive customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Uploading documents for Operating Licenses, Double Discs, and Insurance Certificates on the Uber portal.
  2. Ensuring documents compliance and conducting audits.
  3. Assisting with the onboarding of new drivers where necessary.
  4. Liaising closely with Uber to ensure applications are prioritized and documents are approved.
  5. Project managing the entire onboarding process and reporting progress.
What You Will Need for This Position
  1. 2-5 years of customer support experience.
  2. Valid driver’s license.
  3. Computer literacy in Microsoft and Google Suite.
  4. 1-2 years of experience in data entry.
  5. Good interpersonal skills.
Key Metrics
  1. 100% submission to the Uber CRM.
  2. Accessible document repository with outcomes of applications.

Directly reporting to our Sales and Onboarding Supervisor and closely collaborating with our Operations Team.
