Sales and Marketing Manager (HVAC Industry) – Kempton Park

One of our internationally based clients within the ventilation/HVAC systems industry are urgently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to start as soon as possible.

Experience within the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Smoke Extraction, industry will be advantageous.

Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 (Depending on experience).

Job Purpose:

Market business relationship building and mainstream marketing to: Fire Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects / PQS’s, Project Management Consultants, Main Contractors / Roofing Contractors, Property Managers / Developers, Local Authorities, End Users.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Marketing or Sales Qualification Advantageous
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) plus AutoCAD Experience
  • Experience within the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Smoke Extraction, industry will be advantageous.
  • Technical background
  • Own Transport & Unendorsed License
  • Must be prepared to travel

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Demonstrate strong Technical Sales Management and/or Leading Teams.
  • Compile sales tenders, project proposals and reports.
  • Costing Sheet preparation and approval of ventilation design proposals and tenders.
  • Lead team to proactively drive technical customer decisions in a highly competitive market.
  • Market business relationship building and mainstream marketing to: Fire Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects / PQS’s, Project Management Consultants, Main Contractors / Roofing Contractors, Property Managers / Developers, Local Authorities, End Users.
  • Strong communication approach to all prospects, clients, and professionals in the industry.
