Sales and Marketing Manager (Haemodialysis)

To oversee and manage all aspects of the marketing and sales of a particular portfolio to ensure organisational commercial objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potential.
2. Management of resources i.e. budget, stock, time, systems, sales tools.
3. In-depth understanding of regional and national trends and customer dynamics.
4. Respond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeously.
5. Coach and develop the sales representatives.
6. Analysis and monthly reporting on team performance.
7. Monitor and develop action plans to correct underperformance.

Key Requirements

1. Medical and/or Sciences degree.
2. 3-5 years sales experience.
3. 3 years as a Marketing Manager – Essential.
