Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets,Build, lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team,Analyze market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities.Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamlined operations.Generate and present sales performance reports to senior management,Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Prepare persuasive proposals and deliver impactful sales presentations.Exceed sales targets through strategic lead generation and conversion.Setting sales quotas and goals,Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.Proactively identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities national and internationalDefining and executing territory sales plans for the sales team.Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.Overseeing marketing activities, brand awareness and outreach strategies.Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Sales and Marketing Manager candidate to have a bachelor's degree in sales and marketingMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Certifications : Professional certifications like Certified Sales Leader (CSL) are a plus.Strong analytical and leadership skills.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for forecasting and reporting.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns,Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy,Drive lead generation, client acquisition and conversion strategies to exceed sales targets.Ability to guide and mentor sales representativesStrong negotiation skills to close deals successfully.Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.Identify and develop new market opportunities, both national and international.Ability to travel internationally for extended periods.Ability to manage and international sales team including international distributors.Proven track record in sale of medical equipment in the public and private health sector.Proven track record of identifying, nurturing and closing sales prospects.Ability to engage with senior personnel in hospitals, forensic facilities, government agencies and departments, private healthcare sector and industry bodies in health.Ability to work within medical device regulatoryWhat's on OfferCompetitive Salary
