A growing South African software company is looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team. You’ll be on the front lines – driving outbound sales, cold calling, and qualifying leads. But you’ll also flex your creative side : managing social media, posting fresh content, and helping build a brand people notice.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Making cold calls and outbound reach-outs via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Visiting prospective clients to open doors and demo solutions
  • Qualifying leads and passing them to the engagement team
  • Creating and posting content on LinkedIn and other social channels
  • Using tools like Canva or Figma to support marketing content
  • Sharing industry insights, trends, and customer wins

What You Need to Succeed :

  • 2-5 years of sales experience (bonus if it’s in software, SaaS, or tech)
  • Confident communicator – on the phone, in person, and online
  • Resilient and proactive with a real go-getter attitude
  • Creative flair for writing, content, and social media marketing
