Job summary

A dynamic company in Woodstock, Cape Town is seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator to support national sales and commercial teams through accurate reporting and administration. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Marketing and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, especially in sales or marketing support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Experience in FMCG and retail environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to national teams.
  • Maintain and update activity plans, budget trackers, and marketing records to assess campaign success.
  • Support the Commercial Manager and Sales Reps with various admin tasks.
  • Manage operations reporting, including monthly fuel usage, cellular allowances, and expense claims, this will be submitted to management
  • Assist with creating and maintaining Excel-based tools that help streamline workflows.
  • Ensure that information on their system is supported

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, especially in a sales or marketing support role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, custom sheets).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working across multiple teams or departments.
  • Exposure to FMCG and retail environments is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
