Job Title : Sales and Business Development Manager (West Rand)

Location : West Rand

Remuneration : R25 000 - R30 000

Our Client, a leading distributor in the electronic security equipment industry, is looking to employ a Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team in West Rand.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Onboarding of new clients and developing and maintaining existing clients.
  2. Own the region sales pipeline and unblock challenges to move deals forward.
  3. Augmenting deals and building relationships with all clients.
  4. Working with the business development team in marketing to ensure sufficient customer depth for each sales consultant.
  5. Ensure the company’s value-add services are delivered correctly and implemented through relevant channels.
  6. Research and profile new potential prospects.

Required Qualifications and Working Knowledge :

  1. B.Com or Commercial Degree or diploma, or
  2. 3+ years proven business development experience in the electronic security industry or similar.
  3. Strong understanding of the B2B sales and marketing process.
  4. Experience with CRM systems or Excel-based equivalent processes.
  5. Experience with MS Office Suite.
  6. Dealer base management experience is essential.
