Job title: Sales Analyst (Call Centre)

Job Location: KwaZulu-Natal, Durban

Deadline: May 03, 2025

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process Improvement: Continuously review, recommend, and document sales processes to enhance effectiveness and achieve targets.
  2. Sales Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify campaign gaps, optimize reports, recommend systems, and provide feedback through call monitoring.
  3. POC Management: Assist with POC launches, provide feedback and stats, suggest improvements, and collaborate with relevant departments.
  4. Reporting & Analysis: Act as a bridge between sales and support teams, ensure accurate and timely reporting, analyze sales and dialler stats, and recommend improvements.
  5. Business Operations Support: Focus on accurate reporting, automation of manual tasks, and analytical insights to boost productivity.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Matric
  2. 2-3 years' experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Data Analyst role within a call centre environment
  3. Solid understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  4. Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  5. Experience using reporting tools to generate and analyze reports.
  6. Experience with Vici Dial is advantageous.
