You will support key account teams on a variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.

How you will contribute

  • Build reports aligned with customer review standards for discussions including Top to Top meetings, Joint Business Plans, Customer Plans, and reviews.
  • Develop tools and processes to support sales streams in administrative tasks, audits, claims, and promotional management.
  • Facilitate the Trade Inventory Process aligned with the monthly forecasting process.
  • Coordinate internal monthly business reviews.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor key initiatives as per Mondelez RSA Strategic Drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements, including contract management and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with CP&A and Marketing teams to support sales campaigns and execution.
