R15 000 per month (negotiable based on experience) plus commission and fuel allowance.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in promotional products, and printing/ branding space.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industries, market dynamics, and competition.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account management and sales plans to strengthen client relationships and achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Foster and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders across diverse client organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ objectives, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and tailor solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and swift resolutions to inquiries and challenges.
- Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, deliver exceptional value, and consistently exceed client expectations.
- Lead regular business reviews to evaluate client satisfaction, discuss progress, and propose innovative solutions that add value.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and deepen client relationships.
- Track and analyze key account metrics, proactively addressing areas for improvement to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments, sharing valuable insights and recommendations to position clients for success.
- Engage with new leads, prepare tailored quotations and proposals, and confidently close deals to drive business growth.
