A call center company is looking for a Call Center Agent in Durban, South Africa. You will be responsible for reaching out to customers, offering products, and ensuring effective sales communication. The ideal candidate will be target-driven with strong communication skills, able to follow scripts while achieving KPI targets. This position requires attendance from Monday to Friday and includes ongoing training and feedback for continuous improvement.
As a call center agent, you will be responsible for calling existing and some new customers.
Offer them our products and execute full end-to-end sales over the phone.
Handle objections by highlighting the features and benefits of the products.
Follow scripts as needed and accurately record customer details.
Achieve targets and meet all KPI requirements for the respective campaigns.
Attend training and development sessions, upskill, and adapt to the environment.
Receive feedback and work on continuous improvement.
Be punctual, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
