As a call center agent, you will be in charge of calling existing and some new customers.
Offering them our products, doing the full end-to-end sales with our customers over the phone.
Objection handling with customers regarding the features and benefits of the products.
Following the script as needed, taking down details properly.
Achieving targets and meeting all KPI targets of the respective campaigns.
Attending training and development sessions, upskilling, and adapting to the environment.
Receiving feedback and working on improvements going forward.
Being on time for work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and working a marathon on Wednesdays from 8:00am to 7:00pm.
