The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Actively approach potential customers to promote Telkom products and services.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales in assigned locations (malls, events, door-to-door, etc.).
  • Educate customers about Telkom’s offerings, including fiber, mobile, and data packages.
  • Close sales by guiding customers through the sign-up process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries about Telkom services.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Ideal Profile

  • No sales experience required (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and confident in approaching customers.
  • Ability to travel to different sales locations.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
