Vacancies: Join our team as a Sales Agent in Springs

Position Overview: The Sales Agent's key role is to generate leads and convert these into successful deals in line with provided targets, managing this via the Lead Tool. The agent will enforce the marketing strategy and report to the Sales Manager within an agreed format.

Requirements:
  • NQF4 qualification is compulsory
  • Own transport is essential

Support & Reporting:

The Sales Agent will report directly to the Sales Manager and interact with other key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Load online ads daily according to the provided format and standards.
  2. Understand and explain the sales agreement thoroughly to buyers.
  3. Follow up on all leads and update the lead tool daily.
  4. Convert leads into on-site visits and close deals on site.
  5. Adhere to sales viewing procedures as per training.
  6. Complete market research and surrounding area reports bi-monthly.
  7. Enforce marketing strategies, including ensuring visibility of boards.
  8. Liaise with buyers for bond documentation and update on bond progress.
  9. Ensure the on-site office is operational and maintained.
  10. Identify marketing trends proactively.
  11. Prepare and submit weekly reports as per format.
  12. Adhere to turnaround times and notify the Sales Manager of issues.
  13. Anticipate problems and suggest solutions.
  14. Maintain professional communication and appearance.
  15. Complete visitor books and update lead tools.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Understanding of current market conditions and the sales process from agreement signing to property transfer.
  • Ability to compile reports.
  • Strong time management, people skills, and target motivation.
  • Effective communication in English.
  • Proficiency with computer software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible working hours and availability for emergency after-hours.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport or ability to organize transport.
  • Weekly reporting to the Sales Manager.
