Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You own the top of the funnel: research accounts, identify decision makers, and book meetings with qualified prospects.

Use LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality, and maintain your own Salesforce-led pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and sequence development.
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
