Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers while representing Blacksmith professionally.

This full-time, remote position requires hands-on experience with outbound outreach and CRM tools; you will craft personalized sequences, manage your own pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with the sales team to sharpen messaging.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable
