Job Purpose

Nutun CX is currently seeking a creative and driven individual to fulfill the role of outbound Sales Agent.

The Sales Representative is responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs, while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets.

They ensure customer satisfaction and proper care during purchase, establishing new accounts for their employer.

Job Objectives
  • Deliver excellent customer experience and drive new acquisitions.
  • Target and revenue driven.
  • Increase upsells and cross-sells.
  • Improve customer retention by providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Enhance sales processes and activities.
  • Increase outreach to qualified leads and reduce time spent on unqualified leads.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Grade 11 or Matric.
  • Minimum of 1 year mobile UK / Broadband experience.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • No ITC Listing.
