Job summary

The Recruitment Council is seeking driven Sales Agents to join our growing team in Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal. In this field-based role, you will actively source new business opportunities and sell tailored funeral cover solutions to government employees, including police officers, nurses, and broader public sector staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience working within the PERSAL insurance sales environment.
• Strong understanding of the South African government employee market.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and access to one’s own reliable vehicle.
