We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Agent Field to join our team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets, as well as all other targets related to increasing the mobile customer base. You should understand customer needs, handle different personalities professionally, and represent the brand positively.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

• Assist clients with opening accounts and handling betting queries.
• Drive daily sales and activations by demonstrating and explaining mobile products and services to influence punters.
• Promote mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign-ups.
• Keep records of sales activities and report progress daily.
• Promote the mobile brand and set up displays at outlets and events.
• Assist customers with submitting FICA documents and using sign-up bonuses.
• Maintain a tidy work area and ensure proper management of mobile equipment.
• Complete weekly training modules and potentially roam between branches as needed.
• Perform any other duties as required.
