We have exciting opportunities for a Sales Agent (Field) based in Eastern Cape. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets and increasing the mobile customer base. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, handling different personalities, and representing the brand professionally and positively.

A Bonus To Have

• Prior work experience as a Promoter or similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

• Assist clients with opening accounts and betting queries.
• Drive sales and activations by demonstrating mobile products and services to influence customers.
• Promote mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign-ups.
• Keep records of sales activities and report progress daily.
• Set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions.
• Assist customers with submitting FICA documents and using sign-up bonuses.
• Maintain a tidy work environment and ensure proper handling of mobile equipment.
• Complete weekly Moodle bet strike and Voice Note Training.
• Roam between branches and stores as needed.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
