We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Agent to be based in Kroonstad. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly and monthly mobile sales targets and targets related to the increase in mobile customer base. The core function will be that of attending and doing promotions at events across the business to represent the business and educate about the brand working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

A Bonus To Have

1. Prior work experience as a promoter or similar role
2. Excellent Customer Service Skills
3. Driver’s License

1. Customer Service: Assist clients with opening accounts and all betting queries
2. Drive daily sales and activations through the effective demonstration and/or explanation of mobile products, usage methods, and services to influence punters to purchase products or use our services
3. Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts
4. Must keep records of their sales activities and report their progress to management daily
5. Promote the mobile
6. Set up and arrange displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract the attention of prospective and existing punters.
7. Assist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID)
8. Ensure new customers use the sign-up bonus to bet when an account is opened and show the customer how to bet on the mobile application.
9. Keep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image
10. Ensure appropriate management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile
11. Weekly completion of Moodle, bet strike and Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels
12. Might be required to roam between branches and stores as per operational needs
13. Adhoc duties.

1. Actively promotes and sells products or services
2. Demonstrate strong communication skills and active listening skills.
3. Driven to meet or exceed required business targets and objectives as quickly and efficiently as possible
4. Understands the different betting markets and products
5. Understands top up voucher distributions.
