We have amazing opportunities for a Sales Agent Field to be based in Mpumalanga. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets and all other targets related to increasing the mobile customer base. The responsibilities include understanding customer needs and handling different types of personalities, as well as representing the brand professionally and positively.

A Bonus To Have

1. Prior work experience as a Promoter or similar role.
2. Excellent Customer Service skills.
3. A valid driver’s license.

1. Customer Service: Assist clients with opening accounts and all betting queries.
2. Drive daily sales and activations through the effective demonstration and/or explanation of mobile products, usage methods, and services to influence punters to purchase products or use our services.
3. Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
4. Keep records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
5. Promote the mobile brand.
6. Set up and arrange displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract the attention of prospective and existing punters.
7. Assist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID).
8. Ensure new customers use the sign-up bonus to bet when an account is opened and show the customer how to bet on the mobile application.
9. Keep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image to customers.
10. Ensure appropriate management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
11. Weekly completion of Moodle bet strike and Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
12. Might be required to roam between branches and stores as per operational needs.
13. Any other related duties that might be required within the business.
