We are looking for Sales Agent Events x3 based in KwaZulu-Natal. Do you have what it takes to become our newest Purple Star?

What You Will Do
  • Adhere to Hollywood dress code.
  • Plan, facilitate, and attend events to promote the brand, such as golf days or sponsored events.
  • Assist clients with account and betting queries.
  • Travel within and outside the region as required.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, especially increasing the mobile customer base.
  • Drive mobile marketing campaigns and promote the mobile brand.
  • Set up displays at venues to attract customers.
  • Represent the brand effectively at events.
  • Register new customer accounts, ensuring FICA compliance with proper documentation.
  • Submit FICA documents daily to the FICA Department.
  • Guide new customers on how to bet using the mobile app and utilize free vouchers.
  • Maintain neat work areas and ensure the proper management of mobile equipment and inventory.
  • Rove between branches, stores, and venues as needed.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-2 years’ experience managing events is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a promoter or similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Results-driven with a good understanding of mobile and internet betting, including procedures and TUV distribution.
  • Knowledge of systems and sales processes.
