The Role: Sales Agent - Durban Office (Remote Options Available)

If you're a confident communicator who thrives on closing deals, this is your chance. Pearl Lemon Group is urgently hiring Sales Agents for our fast-growing team.

Whether you're new to sales or have years of experience, there's a place for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set and close appointments with clients
• Speak to warm leads via calls, email, or Zoom
• Build strong relationships and convert leads into sales
• Collaborate with our global team and advance your career
• Gain exposure to sales across industries, including forex and crypto

Compensation Package:

• Paid training for 2 days (for selected candidates)
• Salary from R5,000 to R14,000 per month, based on experience and performance
• Top performers are rewarded; underperformers may not be retained
