Key Responsibilities
  • Sell life insurance telephonically
  • Adhere to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk
  • Manage your quality and compliance against benchmarks with the client in mind
  • Maintain operational efficiencies based on productivity measures
  • Adapt to changing business operational requirements
  • Handle sales objections effectively
  • Build and maintain good client relationships
  • Stay updated on industry developments and trends – self-learning
  • Ensure compliance with FAIS Fit & Proper qualification requirements
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualifications & Experience
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Sales Outbound Call Centre selling long-term insurance with targets
Knowledge and Skills
  • Understanding of Financial Services Industry legislation and regulation
  • Knowledge of sales processes and servicing industry
  • Outbound sales experience required
  • Fluency in English and another South African official language
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Commitment to FAIS Act and qualification requirements
  • Willingness to work overtime to achieve targets
  • Computer literacy
