We specialize in providing high-quality materials to cater to diverse customer needs across different industries.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Agent, based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work setup that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new sales, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. The Sales Agent will also be expected to participate in trainings and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Understanding of Insurance and related products is a plus
• Experience in Training and ability to deliver product presentations
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant industry experience and knowledge are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Salary Package

Your earnings are based on your monthly sales performance. Since commissions are uncapped, the more sales you make, the higher your total income. Your pay consists of a basic amount plus commissions, both of which increase based on your sales.
