We are seeking a Sales Agent based in KwaZulu Natal, North Coast, to help us achieve our sales targets and grow our mobile customer base. The successful candidate will understand customer needs, handle diverse personalities, and represent our brand professionally.

What You Will Do
  1. Assist clients with account opening and betting queries, providing excellent customer service.
  2. Drive daily sales and activations by demonstrating and explaining mobile products and services to influence purchases.
  3. Implement mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and online account sign-ups.
  4. Maintain records of sales activities and report progress daily to management.
  5. Promote the mobile platform through displays at outlets, events, and promotions.
  6. Assist customers with FICA documentation when opening accounts and ensure they utilize sign-up bonuses effectively.
  7. Keep work areas tidy to promote a positive brand image.
  8. Manage and maintain all mobile devices and tools properly.
  9. Complete weekly training modules and participate in operational activities as required.
  10. Travel between branches and stores as needed.
  11. Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Experience as a promoter or in a similar sales role is advantageous.
  2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  3. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
  4. Ability to promote and sell products actively.
  5. Strong understanding of betting markets and products.
  6. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results.
  7. Good understanding of voucher distributions and promotional activities.
  8. Effective communicator with positive tone and active listening skills.
