We are looking to start this role on the 11th November 2024.

Contract: 10-day Training Agreement moving onto permanent once 3 month probation period is over (2 week performance assessment post go-live).

Location: Office based - Durban South Africa.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:45 – 19:00
Saturdays - TBC
SA Public Holidays.

Pay: TBC

About The Role

We are looking for agents to deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of a Key Energy Client. You will be helping customers switching from their existing electricity supplier by:

• Taking calls from Customers, explaining their options and completing quotes for them.
• Running fraud screening and mitigation on each call.
• And other activities specified in training by the Key Utilities Client existing customers to review their current plans.

• Fluent in English.
• Confident phone manner.
• Excellent sales, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Results and target driven with a desire to succeed.
• Attention to detail within complex processes.

Education, Experience and Requirements

• Previous sales experience.
• Age preference 18 years and older.
• Valid SA ID.
• Neutral accent when communicating.
• Strong literacy and verbal communication in the preferred language requirements - English.
• Good reference checks from previous employers.
