An established industry player is seeking dedicated customer service agents to join their team in Durban. This role involves assisting customers in switching electricity suppliers and providing exceptional service. You will engage with customers over the phone, explaining options and completing necessary documentation. The role offers a training agreement leading to permanent employment after successful completion of the probation period. Contract: 10-day Training Agreement moving onto permanent once 3 month probation period is over (2 week performance assessment post go-live).
Location: Office based - Durban South Africa.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:45 – 19:00
Saturdays - TBC
SA Public Holidays.
Pay: TBC
