Sales Agent - Short term Insurance

Key Requirements:

1. Self-driven and motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. (We hire attitude not experience)
2. Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.
3. Age Range: 23 to 35 years.
4. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate insurance products clearly and persuasively.
5. Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable navigating sales-related systems.
6. A proactive problem solver with the ability to address customer inquiries and overcome objections.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and present insurance products persuasively.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
