Job Description

To provide advice, support, and/or sales through excellent service, solutions delivery, and product knowledge to ensure an excellent banking experience for customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Act responsibly with work-related resources to contribute to cost containment.
  2. Continuously assess own performance, seek feedback, and request training where needed.
  3. Assist in profit growth through sales and new client acquisition.
  4. Support sales via client portfolio analysis and proactive engagement.
  5. Understand and optimize client benefits, fees, and returns.
  6. Identify sales opportunities and manage leads effectively.
  7. Report transactional and process activities within guidelines for decision-making.
  8. Comply with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
  9. Provide efficient administration through careful planning and timely updates.
  10. Address customer needs to meet or exceed expectations.
  11. Grow and maintain the customer base, generate leads, and expand active accounts.
  12. Contribute to a culture of service excellence and positive relationships.
  13. Achieve financial targets and maintain service levels.
Minimum Requirements
  • FSCA Recognized NQF level 5
  • RE5
  • Mandated for intermediary sub-categories 1.17, 1.18, and 1.22 (not under supervision)
  • 1-2 years call center experience
