Job Description

The successful candidates will offer world-class products and services to clients while achieving sales targets in an inbound and outbound call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality by complying with all relevant internal and external rules (e.g., TCF, CPA, and internal sales processes).
  • Strict adherence to scheduling.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • RE Certificate (advantageous).
  • Minimum 30 Personal Lines Short-term Insurance credits (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales inbound/outbound call centre.
  • Fluent in English and one other official language.
Compliance and Availability
  • Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper criteria, including minimum experience and competency requirements, which can be obtained while working under supervision.
  • Be available to work shifts and overtime.
Additional Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of short-term insurance processes, procedures, and business rules (advantageous).
  • Clean track record in adherence to quality standards and compliance.

Specific Requirements
