The Santam Direct Call Centre has positions available for Sales Advisors based in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Successful candidates will offer world-class products and services to clients by identifying their needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions to meet specific requirements, while achieving sales targets in a call centre environment.

What will make you successful in the role?
Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our Direct Sales team.
  • Adherence to Quality Assurance processes (Compliance with all relevant internal and external rules e.g., TCF, CPA, and internal Sales processes).
  • Offering outstanding customer experience.
  • Strict adherence to workforce scheduling.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Grade 12 / Equivalent
  • Experience in sales is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
