The Santam Direct Call Centre has positions available for Sales Advisors based in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Successful candidates will offer world-class products and services by identifying client needs, recommending tailored insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets in a call center environment.

What will make you successful in the role?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our Direct Sales team.
2. Adhere to Quality Assurance processes, complying with all relevant internal and external rules (e.g., TCF, CPA, and internal sales processes).
3. Offer outstanding customer experience.
4. Strict adherence to workforce scheduling.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 / Equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales is advantageous.
