Job Description
The ideal team player willbe a pro-active and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. They will be responsible for supporting the sales team by processing customer orders, managing sales data and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A customer-focused mindset, ability to multitask and experience with administrative systems are essential for success in this role.

• Grade 12 or equivalent,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales/customer service role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming order via phone/email and enter them into NAV.
• Provide after-sales support and manage queries or complaints.
• Process sales orders, issue invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Manage pricing updates and maintain and update customer database.
• Create transporter purchase orders, process documentation and handle related administration.
• Create and maintain various sales reports, dashboards and data analysis.
• Ensure accurate delivery details and follow-up documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and operational teams.
