What you will be doing :

  • Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems (Salesforce and Dynamics).
  • Provide timely, structured reports to senior management.
  • Support CRM migration including testing and user training.
  • Serve as a process administrator.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

What our client is looking for :

  • A relevant tertiary degree (Business, Technology, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • Experience supporting a global or multi-region sales team would be beneficial.
